Betty Jane Medsker

Betty Jane Medsker, age 85, of Terre Haute, Indiana went to her heavenly home on Saturday, May 13, 2023. She was born on January 23, 1938 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Elmer Ralph Westfall and Esther Lucille (King) Westfall. Betty retired from Lakeview Nursing Facility. She was a member of North Terre Haute Christian Church. She is survived by her 6 children: Ralph W. Reedy (Jeri), George A. Reedy, Debra Lynn Reedy-Long, Randall L. Reedy (Janice), Cynthia D. Reedy, and Dennis R. Duke; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins, including Delores Bridgewater (Mike). She is also survived by her half sisters: Nancy Catterlin and Linda Catterlin. Betty enjoyed gardening, traveling, and all of her animals. She was known for the love she gave her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; her granddaughter, Yvonne "Bambi" Reedy; and her sister, Beverly Westfall-Sisk. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home from 4-8pm. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 1pm at Mattox-Wood, with a visitation prior from 12-1pm.
