Bradford Lee Purdy

Brad was born October 20, 1952 in Rensselaer, Indiana to Quintin and Donna J. (Storey) Purdy.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Pam Purdy; their three children: Quintin (Amy) Purdy, Brent (Alma) Purdy, and Tricia (Aaron) Ledbetter; and four grandchildren: Caleb, Jacob, Jonathan, and "Baby Led" that is due in January of 2022. Brad is also survived by his two sisters, Linda Bachstein and Vonnie Tudor; and his step-father, Richard Willis.

Brad served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 104.

Brad enjoyed fishing, camping, and being outdoors. He also liked collecting coins, panning for gold, and in his youth riding motorcycles. Most of all, he was a dedicated and loyal husband, father, and grandfather.

Brad is preceded in death by his parents, Quintin Purdy and Donna Purdy Willis.

Per Brad's wishes, cremation has been chosen. A private family graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 11:00 am at Roselawn Memorial Park. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Old Sandcut Fire Department, 5970 East Rio Grande Avenue, Terre Haute, IN 47805 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
