It is with great sorrow that we learn of our dear friend leaving us. Many joyous times were spent at the Howards. Carol with her beautiful smile was always so gracious. New Year's was special. It is ironic that our daughters share the same first names. Jennifer and Julie Howard to be friends with Julia and Jennifer Seddelmeyer added to our friendship.
Heaven is gaining a very special angel. Tell Daryl hello from us.
May the Everlasting Arms surround the family.
Rest in heavenly peace.

Mrs. Howard had limitless compassion for the children that God had blessed her with in the classroom. She was inspirational in my personal development as a young man, and the man have become. Carol was your teacher, a mentor, a disciplinarian, a mother, a wife, but the most important roll she held was that of a friend. I believe that the Wizard of Oz said it best when we speak of Carol Howard, "A heart is not judged by how much you love; but how much You are loved by others." And by that measure Carol had a enormous capacity of Heart. As she enters the courtroom of Heaven, I know she will be pleased with God the King of kings and Lord of lords and Great Judge's verdict, "Well done good, and faithful servent". I can only Imagine the smile that her face holds as she is greeted by all the lives she has touched, by the Grace not her own but shown by her. A Servants Heart has its reward.

I am sorry and deeply saddened by your family's tremendous loss. It was always a pleasure to cross paths with Carol at the Quarter Horse shows over the decades. It was a joy to have an opportunity to visit with her. Please know you are being held close in thought and prayer during this painfully difficult time. Sending my heartfelt condolences and many hugs for all.
