Charlotte Jean Eversole, 78, of Terre Haute, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at Kindred Southwood. She was born on July 20, 1936, in Gallatin, Missouri to the late James and Marie (Rood) Reagin. She married Earl Everett Eversole on March 2, 1958 and he preceded her death on January 18, 1998. Jean was also preceded in death by her siblings, John Cone, Leroy Cone, Charles Cone, and Gladys Earls.
She is survived by her children: Hila Jean Heighway and husband David of Chandler, AZ and James Marion Eversole of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Michael Heighway and wife Meaghan of West Seneca, NY and Kristin Parkin and husband Michael of Marshfield, MO; and her first great-grandchild due in April 2015.
Jean worked for many years in the cafeteria at Woodrow Wilson Junior High School. She cherished the time she spent with her family.
A committal service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 22 at Roselawn Memorial Park’s Chapel of Memories. Jean will be laid to rest next to her husband in Roselawn Memorial Park. Kind words and expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.roselawnfuneralhome.net
