Cheryl Marie Bealmear went to meet her Savior and reunite with her family on Wednesday morning, August 20th.

Cheryl was born December 2, 1955, in Terre Haute, IN to Warren and Mathilda Patrick.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Mathilda, her husband John Bealmear, her son Robert Bealmear, and her brother Warren Patrick.

Leaving behind to finish their own life’s journeys are her twin sister Carol (Marty) Hansen and their children Ryan and Kara. Her son, Pat Bealmear and daughter-in-law Joy Bealmear. Her grandchildren Robert, Dustin, Skyler (Matt), Kayla, Cheyanne, Leann, and Madison, and her great-granddaughter Mearra, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Cheryl worked as a secretary at Sacred Heart School prior to her 25 year career at the Indiana State University Library.

Cheryl loved to worship the Lord through music and was also the song leader and an active member of Friendly Grove Church in Rosedale, IN until she retired and moved to Florida.

She loved cooking, playing cards, and spending time with her family.

Deep in her heart Cheryl loved her Lord and talking about scripture with her fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

“For the former things have passed.”

“Behold, I make all things new.”

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 5pm to 8pm at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be on August 27, 2025, at 11am with Pastor Perry Mager officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
