David was a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School class of 1976.
He honorably served his country in the United States Army for 13 years.
After serving in the Army, he joined the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, where he retired as a Customer Service Agent.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving are his sisters, Kathleen Neville and husband Roy, and Bonnie Madden and husband John Jr; his nephews, Jason Harrison, John Madden, III, and Joshua Madden; and his two dogs, Roly Poly and Chewy.
David enjoyed painting, calligraphy, target shooting, and reading. He was very proud of his Japanese Heritage and Serving his Country in the US Army.
Military Honors will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 6 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4 PM until time of Honors at the funeral home.
Memorials in David's memory and honor may be shared with Terre Haute Humane Society.
