David Stewart

Dave Stewart, 37, of Terre Haute, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2016. He was born on December 16, 1978 in Terre Haute to Ernest and Theresa Stewart. He married the love of his life, Mary Ann, on October 31, 1998 and together they had four children. Dave worked at the Labor Union Local 204 after working at Fox’s Grocery for over ten years. In his spare time he enjoyed writing, playing catch, and coaching baseball at Terre Town. Dave is survived by his wife and four children Mara, Emily, Nate, and Ben Stewart; his parents; brother Michael Stewart, his wife Maya, and their children Evan, Preslie, and Ashton; brother Mathew Cooper, his wife Kristen, and their daughter Venetia. He is preceded in death by his grandparents and Mary Ann’s father. A memorial service will be held in Dave’s honor at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 1:00 pm with a visitation prior from 11:00am-1:00pm. Dave will be placed to rest in Rosedale Cemetery by his family.
