Donna Lee Cox

Donna was a 1944 graduate of Gerstmeyer High School and worked as a store clerk at K-Mart for 37 years. She was also a Vacation Bible School and a Sunday School Teacher at Forrest Park Bible Church and a member of the Chapelwood Baptist Church in Indianapolis. In her free time, she liked to sit out on her deck, loved to travel, collected all types of angels, and adored spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her former husband, Robert James; her late husband, Wiley Cox; and four brothers, Charles Hungerford, Vincent Hungerford, William Hungerford, and Clyde Hungerford.

Donna is survived by her son, Tom (Athena) James; her grandson, Darius (Jennifer) McClendon; her great-grandchildren, Christina (Derrick), Joshua (Valerie), Owen; her great-great-grandchildren, Mila, Gadiela; her brother, Gerald Hungerford; and many other extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Roselawn Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 2:00pm with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Online condolences can be made at www.roselawnfuneralhome.net.
