Harold James Lawrence

Harold James Lawrence, 75, of Fontanet, Indiana, passed away on May 14, 2026. He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, on June 24, 1950, to Gerald and Deloris (Dillingham) Lawrence. Harold worked for the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 157, where he was a very devoted member. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially taking his grandson to the creek. Harold was known to be handy around the home. Most importantly he was a devoted family man. Harold leaves behind his wife Kimberly (Hoke) Lawrence, they married in 1978; his children Christopher Lawrence, Skyler Lawrence (Leah Stultz), and Kimberlee Davidson (Chris Russell); grandchildren Hunter Lawrence, Eva Lawrence, Victoria Warner, Dylan Lawrence (Marisa), Keightlyn Lawrence, Kristin Griffel (Jon), Matthew Davidson (Lauryn), and Macy Thilker (Blake); great grandchildren Jamie, Claire, Lydia, Lyla, Brett, Brody, Jace, Brooklyn, and Kai; siblings Lena Mundell, Kathy Kelley, Sherrie Bradburn (Ted), and Ruby Smith. Harold is preceded in death by his parents; son Jerod Lawrence; and siblings. In honoring Harold’s wishes, cremation was chosen. No services are scheduled at this time.
