Herman C. Ennen

Mr. Herman C. Ennen Jr., age 87, of Robinson, IL, passed away with his beloved wife by his side, Sunday November 9, 2014 at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, IL, following a period of declining health.

Born September 21, 1927 in Terre Haute, IN, he was the son of Herman and Roberta (Powers) Ennen Sr. In 1950 he married Virginia (Wright) and she preceded him in death. May 9, 2010 he married Debra S. (Drake) and she survives.

Mr. Ennen was a retired Stationery Engineer for St. Mary of the Woods College, Terre Haute, IN and formerly owned and operated Ennon’s Greenhouses, Terre Haute, IN. He was a member of the Robinson Free Methodist Church, Robinson, IL.

Survivors include his wife Mrs. Debby S. Ennen, Robinson, IL; his beloved children, son Charles E. Ennen, Seelyville, IN; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Dan Wilcox, Port Wine, WI; two brothers, Paul Ennen, Mississippi and Melvin Ennen, Terre Haute, IN; four grandchildren, Kellie Ho, Angie Dennis, Mara Wilcox, Justin Wilcox; two great grandsons, Gavin Ho and Maddox Ho, along with eleven nieces and nephews survive.

Preceding him in death were his parents, his wife, Virginia Ennen; a niece, Jamie Huffman; great niece, Billie Joe Huffman and daughter-in-law, Sharon Ennen in 2008.

Funeral service will be Saturday November 15, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, IL with Pastor Adam Condor officiating. Visitation will be Friday November 14, 2014 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, IL. Burial will be in the Roselawn Cemetery, Clinton, IN.
