She was born on November 28, 1919 in Terre Haute to Clarence and Eva Burroughs.
Surviving are four grandchildren, Chris Kovacs, Kathy Kovacs, Kent Kovacs and Greg Kovacs; special friends, Fred and June Harlan; and a nephew, Kenny Burroughs and wife Marilyn.
Isabelle was preceded in death by her husband, Seldon Laverne Hess; daughter, Myrna Sue Hess Kovacs Young; and four siblings, Deane, Keith, Mary and Clarence.
In keeping with Isabelle’s wishes, there will be no services.
