Jacob Matthew Sparks, 29, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on May 18, 2026. He was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana. He graduated from Terre Haute North High School and attended IVY Tech Community College. He enjoyed years as an authentic Italian Pizza Chef at the popular restaurant Bar Bosco. Jacob was a multi-talented musician, who excelled at drums and guitar with a captivating vocal range and style. He had a kind and empathetic heart. Jacob had the ability to sense when someone needed compassionate attention. He is survived by his parents Rusty Sparks and Barbara (Boone) Sparks; siblings Elysse Cyples, Sheena McKillop, Faith Brewer, Isaac Sparks, and Grace Sparks; grandmother Shirley Sparks; grandfather Ralph Boone; also, several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, and extended family. Private graveside services will be held in Roselawn Memorial Park.
