Joseph L. Jones, 66, of Terre Haute passed away January 2, 2016 peacefully in his home. Joseph was born to Paul and Mary Jones on April 10, 1949 in Terre Haute, Indiana. He enjoyed racing and baseball, but more importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include brothers Robert, Danny, and Gary Jones; sisters Wilma Jones, Mary (Paul) Wray, Gladys (Billey) McCollum, Sandra Jones, Clara Mason, and Wanda Myers; 2 nieces April Bealmear and Kelly (Matt) Smith; 2 nephews David (Cari) Williams and Eric Mason Jr.; several great nieces and nephews as well as several cousins.
Joseph is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Paul Jones.
A visitation in Joseph’s honor will be held at Roselawn Funeral Home Wednesday, January 6, 2016 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm and Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 11:00am- 1:00pm. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 1:00pm as well as a graveside service immediately following.
