

Juanita Ruth Reed, 82, of Clinton and formerly of Rockville, passed away Saturday, June 18, at Manor Care Summer Trace in Carmel. She was born on November 5, 1928 in Indianapolis to James L. and Gladys N. (Merriman) Fritch. She married James Reed in Indianapolis in 1949 and he preceded her in death in 2009. Juanita was a member of the Montezuma Christian Church and the Eastern Star. She also attended the Coloma Friends Church. She enjoyed crafting, reading and jigsaw puzzles, and listening to music.
Juanita is survived by her children: Roger Reed and his wife Laura of Chattanooga, TN; Randy Reed Sr. and his wife Sharon of Rockville, Rhonda Buress and her husband Joe of Lyford, and a daughter-in-law Jo Anna Bales of Clinton; grandchildren, Randy Reed Jr. of Rockville, Jonathan Reed and wife Angie of Bainbridge, Robin Attkisson and husband Bobby of Avon, Michael Rennick and wife Theresa of Clinton, Andy Reed of Denver, CO, Megan Reed of Greenwood, Jeff Reed and wife Alisha of Clinton, Andrea Reed of Anderson, and Daniel Reed of Clinton, sister Rosemary Frye of Greenwood and brother Emerson Fritch of North Carolina, an honorary son Mike Cox and his wife Jenny, 18 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Harley.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant daughter Robin Renee Reed, son Ross Alan Reed, brothers, George, Lester, and Ronnie Fritch, and sisters Violet Fritch and Betty Michaels.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 21 from 1-4 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home. Services will be held Tuesday, June 21 at 4 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Donna Hardesty officiating.
