

Margaret Mary “Marge” Kendall, 92, of Terre Haute, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015, at Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was born on September 12, 1922, the daughter of Ernest Michael and Sophia Mary Iunghuhn. She spent most of her life in Terre Haute.
She married William Robert “Bob” Kendall on June 22, 1942. He preceded her in death on January 2, 2015. She was also preceded in death by her parents; an infant son; and two brother, Robert and Richard.
Marge was a homemaker during her married life. She enjoyed reading, gardening, bingo, and socializing with friends. She also enjoyed spending quiet time with family.
Survivors include a son, Michael Kendall of Brownsburg, IN; a daughter, Mary Ellen Miller (Stan) of Columbus, IN; grandson, Rob Kendall of Brownsburg, IN; granddaughter, Andrea Kwon (Sam) of Palisades Park, NJ; and a great-granddaughter Ellie Kwon.
Memorial can be made through the funeral home to Great Lakes Caring Hospice. A special thanks to Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus and Great Lakes Caring Hospice for the care and genuine love they showed Marge throughout her illness. Rebecca, Tom, and Virginia from Great Lakes Caring were a tremendous help throughout this long and difficult time. The care and loving support shown by all of these professionals will be forever appreciated.
