Merlin's love for the Lord extended way beyond the places he lived and worked. He and his wife have been supporters of the work of Bible translation work worldwide and specifically at the JAARS technology headquarters in Waxhaw, NC. for many years. That effort has helped deliver translated Bibles into previous unwritten languages. Many of the people in these language communities are in heaven with Merlin, thanks to his efforts at bringing God's Word to them by his support services. That legacy has outlived his life and will continue on until the Lord returns. To Merlin, well done good and faithful servant! You are now at rest in the Lord's arms. There is no better place to be for all eternity. Thanks for sharing your life with us so we could see that passion and love for the Lord!
