He was born August 10, 1978 in Hammond, IN to Patrick Maugans Sr. and Dawn S. Maugans.
Patrick was a loving husband, father and brother. He is survived by his wife, Heather Nicole Maugans; brother Jackson Donald Maugans; his two daughters, Samantha and Sabrina Maugans; and his 7 grandchildren: Steven, Kyann, Naomi, Isaac, Gabriel, Isabelle, Ezekiel. His is also survived by his aunts, Denise and Debra Maclean and his uncles, Daniel (Moe) Maclean.
He loved watching the Chicago Bears play football. He enjoyed shooting guns, listening to music, playing dice but most of all, he enjoyed hanging with family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
Patrick is preceded in death by his parents, and his uncle, Doug Maclean.
