

Paul is survived by his wife of 51 years, Janice Copeland Stoner; two children, Kristina Gomolisky and husband Jesse, Brian Stoner and wife Rhonda; two grandchildren, Natasha Stoner and Treyton Stoner; one great-granddaughter, Kinley McMurray all from Terre Haute; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Barbara Stoner Robbins; an infant son; and a great-granddaughter, Briley Stoner.
Paul was a 1959 graduate of Garfield High School and attended Indiana State University. He served in the United States Army Reserves from 1959 to 1965 and attained the rank of Staff Sergeant E-6. He was an assistant cashier and security officer at the Indiana State Bank of Terre Haute for 9 years. He retired from Eli Lilly and Company-Clinton Laboratories in 2000 after 29 years. Paul enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking, woodcarving, and spending time with his family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 2 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home. Paul will be laid to rest with a memorial service to be held at a later date in Roselawn Memorial Park.
