Phyllis “Mimi” Arlene Moffitt, 80, of Palo Alto, CA and formerly of Terre Haute, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2015. She was born on May 27, 1935, in Dennison, IL to Russell and Rosella (Weiske) Stepp.
Phyllis is survived by the father of her children, Donald Moffitt of Redwood City, CA; sons, Christopher Moffitt of Redwood City, CA and Michael Moffitt of Palo Alto, CA; and a grandson, Blake Moffitt of Redwood City, CA; and several loving nieces and nephews.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents; two sons, David and Mitchell Moffitt; a grandson, Sean Moffitt; and a brother, James William Stepp.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, at the funeral home with Pastor David Rockhill officiating. Phyllis will be entombed in Roselawn Memorial Park’s Chapel of Memories.
