Robert Lee Braun Jr, 73, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at Union Hospital. Robert was born on December 17, 1951, in Terre Haute, Indiana to Robert Lee Braun Sr and Helen Viola (Felling) Braun.
Robert graduated from Mount Vernon High School in Virginia in 1969. He also graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree. He served in the Air Force from 1972 to 1976. Robert was a printing estimator for Moore-Langen Printing for forty years until his retirement. He was an avid motorcycle rider and enjoyed playing the guitar and banjo.
In 1979, he married Debra (Bunch)Braun, and she survives. He is also survived by his son, Derek Braun; sister, Debbie Cox (Dave); nephew, Nick Cox (Mandy) and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Per Robert’s wishes, cremation has been chosen. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
