Bobby was born to Robert and Susan Crowthers in Gary, IN in July of 1950. He went on to attend and graduate from Gerstmeyer High School in 1969. He served in the United States Army and then went on to work for the United States Postal Service for more than 30 years before retiring.
He enjoyed watching western films on INSP and was an avid sports fan and collector of sports memorabilia.
Bobby is survived by his siblings Gary (Nancy) Crowthers, Gene (Janet) Crowthers, and Linda Crowthers, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Robert Lee Crowthers Sr. and Susan Faye Crowthers (Horrall) and brother Brent Crowthers.
Bobby will be laid to rest in Roselawn Memorial Park.
