

Rosemary “Rosie” Crawford, 81, of Terre Haute, went to be with the Lord on July 12, 2014, at Union Hospital, after a short illness, where she was surrounded by her family. Rosemary was born in Lawton, Okla., on Oct. 20. 1932, to Lloyd and Elsie (Bandy) LeMaster.
She is survived by sons, James Beck of Fort Myers, Fla., and Richard (Rhonda) Beck of Avon; granddaughters, Erica (Scott) Blake of Brazil, Katie Beck and Lindsey Beck, both of Columbus, and Sarah Beck of Seymour; stepgrandson, Quintin Meli of Avon; great-grandchildren, Jake Cheesman of Brazil, and Alexander Adams of Columbus; a sister, Janece Whiting of Yorkville, Ill.; a niece, Deb LeMaster; several nieces and nephews; and one brother-in-law, Clinton Born of Knoxville. Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bob Crawford; brothers, Bob LeMaster and Charlie LeMaster; and a sister, lrma Born.
Rosemary loved to read, do crafts, she was a vendor every year at the Covered Bridge Festival, she never met a stranger, and had a great sense of humor. She also was also a Breast Cancer Survivor.
Per her wishes cremation is scheduled. There will be a visitation on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home, with a service Thursday at 10 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Vince McFarland. Online condolences can be made at: www.mattoxwood.com
