Ruth Charlotte Biberstine

Ruth was a graduate Olivet Nazarene High School in Bourbonnais, Illinois and graduated from Olivet Nazarene College with a bachelors in Elementary education and earned her Master's in Education from Indiana State University. She taught in Kankakee, Danville and Urbana, Illinois Elementary Schools. Ruth also substitute taught in Terre Haute.

She was a long time member of the Southside Church of the Nazarene in Terre Haute, where she played the piano, taught Sunday School and served as the Missionary President and Vacation Bible School Director.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 41 years, Richard D. Biberstine; three siblings, William Yarbrough, Paul Yarbrough, and Linda Yarbrough Maratea; and a special nephew, Kerry O'Hara

whom she raised.

Surviving are her children, John Biberstine and wife Peggy; Rebecca Mol and husband Mike; and special niece Kellie O'Hara-Boyd; grandchildren, Rachel Russell, Ruth Russell, Robert Russell; one great-granddaughter, Riley Kramer.

Funeral Services were held at Southside Church of the Nazarene with Interment in Bluffton, Indiana at 6 Mile Cemetery.
