I worked with Shirley at Dormyer in Rockville for a few years. She was such a kind, sweet woman to work with. She has been the first to send me a Christmas card for years!!!! We have been quarantined and I haven't got my cards done yet this year and I noticed hers was missing! I will always think of her at
Christmas and bridge festival (always saw her there too!!!) She was such a great person to know!!!! I feel blessed to have known her!!!!!

I have always admired Shirley for all the work that she and also her husband has done for our American Legion Post 290. My husband and I worked side by side with them and loved the friendship we shared. I know Shirley and I were always glad to see one another where ever we met. Also your family were right with her, helping her and so friendly with me. I love you all and so sorry for your loss, but I do know that you have alot of good memories.
