Walter "Buck" Leroy Aue

Walter “Buck” Aue, 77, of Terre Haute, IN passed away on Sept. 27, 2015 at Meadows Manor North. He was born on July 21, 1938 in Terre Haute, IN where he lived with his Grandparents, William R. Pits and Minnie Pits.

Buck loved to play horseshoes, liked cars, motorcycles, and was an avid N.A.S.C.A.R. fan, and his favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt. He loved his motorcycles and enjoyed going on trips with his wife Helen who he married in 1957.He was a member of G.W.R.R.A., was one of the original members of Chapter D when it was formed and was a member of Terre Haute Bible Center. Walter worked at Anaconda-Novelis as a forklift operator.

He is survived by his longtime friends, Steve Sharp and wife, Becky and Charlie Ross and wife Nancy, and many other close friends.

Walter was preceded in death by his wife Helen Wessol Aue and, his grandparents.

Services will be Friday October 2, 2015 at 11AM at Roselawn Funeral Home with the visitation Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Jerry Nash with burial at Roselawn Memorial Park. Friends can express their condolences at www.roselaenfuneralhome.net. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Terre Haute Bible Center.
