They were blessed with two wonderful children and she was a mother who made sure that her children were taken care of. Frances always had a positive outlook and could never be heard to say a negative word about anybody or anything. Later in life, her grandchildren and great grandchildren became a source of constant joy and she was fond of letting them dress her up in hats and sunglasses. A renowned cook, Frances made the best tortillas and tamales but her specialty was her chicken mole.
