I was just thinking of you today. I havent lived in Terrell since 93 but you and your shop were a great memory from my childhood. I grew up in Terell. My grandparents lived on Town North dr and I was there everyday. Jerry cut my hair all the time. I know I drove him crazy talking his ear off while he gave me my shag style haircut everytime.  I think I had heard of his passing, but didn't realize it's been so long. A great man. Prayers for his family. 

Jerry my friend, going to miss my 120 mile round trip to visit with you every month. For 15 years we laughed about many things and discussed how to correct the world. I'll always remember your laughter and kind words. Rest in peace my friend... You have earned your wings!

Jerry Gordon was a good friend and my barber for 50 plus years. he always met  U with a smile and a joke. I have not lived in Terrell in many years I always came back for my barber. He will be so missed. Carolyn and the family so sorry for your loss. He will always be in our hearts.

Carolyn and Tanna, I loved Jerry and always looked forward to going to Jerrys and getting a haircut.  Through many years and many jokes and telling stories......I will miss him so very much.  Blessings from Suzie and I.

I remember before JD got his barber's license he would come down the street( McCoulskey) and cut us knucklehead kids hair for free which helped my Mom out a lot.Later on in life I hit a little rough spot and didn't have rent money and asked JD if he would buy a ring from me. Well he did and I'm real sure he gave me a lot more than what it was worth. You remember good people. Thanks Jerry Gordon.

Although we had never met Jerry, we had heard about him from our daughter-in-law, Tanna. What we heard was the love in her voice when she spoke of him as well as the fact that he was a very loving father. We are very sorry for your loss and offer our love and support when or if needed. You will be in our thoughts and prayers for comfort and peace during the difficult days ahead.

We will Miss Jerry, I've known him for nearly 50 years.

I met Jerry many years ago at his salon in Terrell.  A very nice man.  Prayers going up for the family.

I can't believe that Jerry has moved on.  I'm now 88 , I should have passed before he.  Jerry started cutting my hair in l965 and was my only barber til about two years ago.  He was a very sociable gentlemen and I was so comfortable in his presence.  Happy Trails, Jerry !  Curtis Rushing.

So sorry for your loss Carolyn! He was a fine man and I will miss him. Let us know what we can do to help.
