Alice "Betty" Elizabeth Hall

Alice "Betty" Elizabeth Hall, age 81, of Texarkana, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025. She was born on September 9, 1943 in Texarkana, TX. Member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church. She held a masters degree in business management from Texas A&M Texarkana. Retired from Red River Army Depot after many years. Loved making blankets for her grandchildren and other arts and crafts.

Preceded in death by her husband James William Hall; parents Kennith D. Fowler and Maudie Elizabeth Fowler.

Survived by one daughter and son-in-law Patti and Tommy O'Bannon of Texarkana; one son Kennith D. Brumley and daughter-n-law Tuesday Brumley of Genoa, AR; one step daughter and son-in-law Harriet Franks and son-in-law Ken Franks of New Boston, TX; four grandchildren Jordan O'Bannon, Bailey Pettit, Mackenzie Brumley and Barbara Anderson; six great-grandchildren Jaycie, Lily and Briley Anderson, Sawyer, Blakeleigh and Kinsler Pettit. Two cousins Donna Shepherd and David Alvis.

Graveside funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Chapelwood Cemetery under direction of East Funeral Home.
