

She was born July 3, 1936 in Linden, Texas. Mrs. Albright received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas Christian University in 1958, and she received a Master of Science degree from East Texas State University, Texarkana in 1981.
Mrs. Albright was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Channell W. Albright, and by her grandson, Hunter Morse Albright.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, George Keith and Wendy Albright of Fort Worth, Texas; daughter, Amy Albright Sultzbach of Texarkana; and grandchildren, Gage W. Albright of Fort Worth, Texas; Ava Elizabeth Sultzbach of Allen, Texas; and Marilyn Ann Sultzbach of Texarkana, Texas.
Amanda was passionate about the arts, especially music. She participated in Wednesday Music Club, Texarkana Regional Chorale, Texarkana Women’s Chorus, and the Chancel Choir at First United Methodist Church, Texarkana, AR.
Amanda also enjoyed the Nandina Garden Club, Women for the Arts, and the Tickled Pink Luncheon in support of breast cancer awareness, for which she modeled regularly.
Funeral services will be on Friday, June 24th, 2016 at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, Texarkana, AR, with Reverend Bruce Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Pine Crest Cemetery, Atlanta, Texas.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at East Funeral Home, Moores Lane.
