She was preceded in death by her husband, Sennet "Jack" Cook.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Lydia Cook of Fouke, AR; brother, Lyndell " Sunny" and Jo Yother of Fouke, AR; three grandgranchildren, Jeremy Cook and his wife Sharee of Fouke, AR, Jody Cook of Arkansas and Kristin and her husband Edgar Perdue of Fouke, AR; great- grandsons, Jerred Cook of Fouke, AR, Joseph Cook and Justice Cook both of Minden, LA; and great- granddaughters, Emily Cook of Minden, LA, Kylie Cook of Mena, AR, Jody Cook of Fouke, AR and Isabella Perdue of Fouke, AR.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, March 3 , 2016 at Independence Cemetery with Rev. Charles Edgar Perdue officiating. Burial is under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
