Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Jephri Blake of The Woodlands, TX, Jeff and Jimmie Blake of Ashdown, AR and Steve and Laura Blake of Watauga, TX; daughter, Libby Blake Kennedy of Texarkana, AR; granddaughters, Suzanne Barnes and her husband, Burell of Georgetown, TX and Gabby Kathleen Cooley of Argyle, TX; grandson, Paul Blake and his wife, Cassie of Sherman, TX; granddaughter, Katie Thomas and her husband, Andrew of Norman, OK; grandsons, Brian Jeffery Blake of Ashdown, AR and Trent Webb of Watauga, TX; great grandchildren, Karson Blake and Kendall Blake both of Ashdown, AR, Jaycie Blake and Raylie Blake of Sherman, TX and Edward Thomas of Norman, OK; special friend, Bishop Ann Scherer-Simpson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, September 5, 2015 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Bishop Ann Scherer-Simpson officiating. Services are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
