Mrs. Grissom was born February 20, 1928, in Texarkana, Texas. She was a homemaker and office manager for the Buick dealership in Texarkana; a member of First Baptist Church, Moores Lane.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arvel L. “Buddy” Grissom. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Diane and Wayne Stockton of Spring, and Jan and David Adcock of Mayflower, AR; one sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Royce Watson; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
A graveside service will be Monday July 2nd at 10:30 a.m. at Chapelwood Cemetery with Rev. Phelan Boone officiating.
Visitation will be 6-8 Sunday night July 1st at East Funeral Home, Moores Lane.
Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
