Billy was born on November 8, 1963, in Hope, Arkansas, to Bill and Linda McDonald. He grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, where he attended Elliston Baptist Academy.
His family chooses to remember Billy for so much more than the battles he faced. They will remember his heart, his humor, his laughter, the memories they shared, and the love that remained through every season of life. His story was not defined by his hardest days, and neither will his memory be.

Along with his grandchildren Lauryn and Caleb Croucher of Cabot, Arkansas; Makinlee McDonald of Texarkana, Texas; Johanna, Lorelei, and Dolly Dawson of Texarkana, Texas; and a very special foster grand baby.
