Billy D. Waits, 76, of Texarkana, AR passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 at his home. He was born on May 12, 1940 in Texarkana, AR. Mr. Waits was retired from Cooper Tire and Rubber Company. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a member of Texarkana Bass Club.
Survivors include his wife Cindy Miner Waits of Texarkana, AR; son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Chris Waits of Texarkana,TX; daughter and son-in-law Colleen and Philip Spillane of Baton Rouge, LA; grandchildren, Mallory Rivera, Alex Waits, Amanda Antonio, Jessie Self and John Michael Spillane, and 6 great grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 4pm Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at East Memorial Chapel-Moores Lane.
Cremation is under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
