Dr. Brent L. McDaniel DDS

Dr. Brent Lee McDaniel, DDS, 44, of Ocala, Florida, passed away suddenly during a recent trip to Brazil. Born November 10, 1971, Brent graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1990. He continue his education at University of Texas, San Antonio, graduating with a degree in General Dentistry. Brent owned and operated a successful dental practice in Morehead, Kentucky for many years, until retiring to Florida several years ago, where he continued his dream of traveling the world.

Brent was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret McDaniel, of Texarkana, Texas and his father, Alvin Lee McDaniel, Jr. of Texarkana, Texas. He is survived by his grandmother, Ada Mae McDaniel, three very special friends, Ty Martin and Randle Smolarz, of Texarkana, and Dr. Jeffrey Hicks, of San Antonio, stepmother, Melinda McDaniel, half brother, Kelly McDaniel, and step brother, Scott Wetz, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Brent's life is scheduled for Saturday, July 16, at 10 a.m. in the East Funeral Home Chapel on Moores Lane in Texarkana, Texas.
