Mrs. Carruth worked at Sams Club for 30 years.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Mike Watson of Texarkana,TX;son Michael Carruth of TN; brother, Virgil Fike of Genoa, AR. five grandchildren, Lisa Watson, Shawn Watson, Allison Lamb, Katlin Carruth and Steven Merke; niece, Brandy Dempsey and husband Billy.
Memorial service will at a later date.
