Charles Richard Bearden

Charles was a United States Army Veteran, who served in the Vietnam War.

Charles was of Christian faith, and was self-employed in the construction industry.

He was preceded in death by two sisters: Lorraine Bearden, and Claudia Bennett.

Left to cherish his memory are two sisters: Bessie Bearden, and Susie McCarthy and husband Richard, five brothers: David Bearden and wife Terrie, Paul Edward Bearden, Wayne Bearden and wife Teena, Morris Bearden Sr., and Jack Bearden and wife Mona, one daughter Kala Deaton, and many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, February 17, 2025, at East Funeral Home Chapel-Downtown, with Reverend Jason Calhoun officiating. Burial will follow services at Shiloh Cemetery, Texarkana, Arkansas, under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 16, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at East Funeral Home Chapel-Downtown.
