Mrs. Boone, I have many wonderful memories of you, Bro. Boone, and boys from our years on College Hill and Calvary. Bro. Boone is the one who came to let me know that my mama had died, and I still remember the way he honored her at her funeral. Pete had a special love for Bro. Boone, and his kindness and caring for Pete has always meant so much to me. It has been a pleasure to be able to reconnect with you both through Glenda. May God keep you in His perfect peace during this time.

Bro. Boone was my pastor many years ago at Calvary Baptist Church. I have many memories of him from that time. He was a very special man and the world is a better place because he was in it.

Gary, Shuler and Valarie - I am so sorry for your loss. May God give you and your family peace that surpasses all understanding during this difficult time. We will be lifting you all up in our prayers. Gary, your Dad baptized me as a little girl but all these years later it seems like yesterday. He created many memories for many people and I know God greeted him with "Well done my good and faithful servant." You have our deepest sympathy and we love y'all!
