Christie Ann Tharp, 46, of Texarkana, TX passed away September 25, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Tharp was born November 6, 1972 in Texarkana, TX. She was a Christian.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Tharp; sons and daughter-in-law, Cody Nottingham and wife Lindsey and Hunter Tharp; daughters, Jessica Tharp, Amber Tharp and Cady Tharp; grandchildren, Brentley Nottingham, Chad Nottingham and Zephariah Sims; sisters, Cathie Bearden and Christy Michelle Williams; brother, Brian Self; her mother and father, Pat and Bill Self; and stepfathers, Ronnie Barrera and Steve Adcock.

Memorial graveside service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Christy always said to me. .. We got to keep these kids in line... meaning or talking of Cody and Lindsey. So yes Christy! Looks like we did just that!.. you should always be... Oh so proud of Cody, Lindsey, Amber, Jessica, and Cady...Chad and Brentley. Now in Heaven looking down.... we can still keep that Watchful Eye, from one Mom to another, and Grandma to Grandma... I Love you Christy, now and always...❤ Cherished always Forever in my Heart..Forever!
