Mr. Cline was preceded in death by his wife, Nellene Cline; and his a son, Kenneth Cline.
Survivors include his daughter, Karen Rutledge of Texarkana, TX; sister, Linda Branan; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a special friend, Chris Browning of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013 at East Funeral Home-Downtown Chapel with Rev. Don Brazille officiating.
The familly will be at 102 Woodduck, Texarkana, TX. and will receive friends from 6-8 Wednesday night at East Funeral Home-Downtown.
