Darla was born January 18th, 1972 in Naples, Texas. She was an employee of the City of Texarkana, Texas for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Young and sister Teri Waggoner.
She was a 1990 graduate of New Boston High School.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law; Jesse and Shelby Henderson and Colton and Ada Henderson; daughter; Raven Young and her parents Billy and Trinna Waggoner.
Also left to cherish her memory are her 6 grandchildren; Kyus Rollins, Benzi Rollins, Chandler Malone, Lacey Malone, M.J. Young and Addie Young and 5 other grandchildren.
She is also survived by two cousins that she considered sisters, Candy Richardson and Lisa Garner.
The family will receive friends on Saturday August 16, 2025 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at East Funeral Home-Downtown.
