

Debbie Riebesell, whose presence embodied profound strength and unwavering resilience, left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her. Born on August 12, 1955, Debbie’s life was a testament to love, dedication, and grace. Debbie passed away peacefully on May 5, 2024, in Texarkana, TX.
A proud 1973 graduate of Ruskin High School, Debbie loved making and selling her hand painted crafts after retirement she cherished her role as a devoted housewife, She enjoyed spending time with her beloved husband son, grandchildren, and friends. Her home was a sanctuary of warmth and love, where family and friends gathered to share her kindness and hospitality.
Debbie was predeceased by her loving parents, Bonnie Sanders and Bill Schroff; her cherished brother, David Sanders; and her dear daughter, Tammie Riebesell. Her memory is lovingly carried forward by her devoted husband, Larry Riebesell; her son and daughter-in-law, Rickey and Becca Riebesell; and her adored grandchildren, Rylie, Reese, and Trace. Debbie’s legacy also lives on through her great-grandchildren, Hayden, Maverick, and Kennedy. She leaves behind her dear brother and sister-in-law, Donnie and Karen Schroff; her sister, Donna Sanders; her brother, Gilbert Sanders; and numerous other relatives and friends who held her close to their hearts.
A joint celebration of Debbie’s and Larry’s lives will be held at St. Matthew’s Church, 700 NE Chapman Road, Lees Summit, MO, on September 14, at 2:00 PM.
May Debbie find eternal peace, liberated from pain, and may her memory endure through the love and light she bestowed upon others.
