Dorothy Louise Stout

Dorothy Louise Stout, 81, passed away on June 29, 2025 in Texarkana, TX. Dorothy was born in Texarkana to Harrison Paul Copeland and Esther Vashti Quillin. Her sense of humor and love of music and dance will live forever in the memories of those who knew her. May she be dancing with her sisters and brother on the streets of gold.

She is survived by her loving children: Cammie (Les) Moody, Marlon Adcock, and James Arnold (Paula); six grandchildren: Amber (Alan) Fonteneaux, Hunter Adcock, Jackson Moody, Jaclyn (Ivan) Rubalcava, Trevor Arnold and Cassandra Arnold; four great grandchildren: Aiden Fonteneaux,Atlas Fonteneaux , Emersyn Rubalcava and Dua Rubalcava; her siblings: Kenny Copeland and Carolyn Sutton.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents Harrison Paul Copeland and Esther Vashti Quillin; brother William Paul Copeland; sisters: Linda Dierks, Peggy McLelland and RIta Kirvin; and her beloved dog, Bigsby.

A family and friends gathering for Dorothy will be held Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at East Funeral Home, 602 Olive St, Texarkana, Texas.
