He is survived by two daughters Amy Miller and Kim Starkey; two sons Daniel Starkey and Heath Starkey all of Hope, AR; two sisters Barbara Kennedy of Texarkana, and Rebecca Starkey of Hope, AR.; four grandchildren Garett Kirkpatrick, Sarah Helmick, Graci Helmick and Kaitlyn Starkey all of Hope, AR. plus numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10 A.M. Tuesday at Old Rondo Cemetery under direction of East Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6-8 P.M. Monday at East Funeral Home-Downtown
