Harold Jerry Trammell

Mr. Trammell was born November 4, 1936 in Gilmer,Texas. He was the past Hospital Administrator of Linden,Texas Hospital, a member of Williams Memorial United Methodist Church. Mr. Trammell attended Kemper Military Academy in Booneville, Missouri and also Lamar University in Beaumont,Texas. He was a member of the Army Reserve, A Fellow in the American College of Hospital Administrators, Past Chairman of Northeast Division of Texas Hospital Association and Past Director of the Texas Organization of Rural and Community Hospitals.

Survivors include his wife Carolyn Davis Trammell of Texarkana,Texas, his son and daughter in law, Jay and Pam Trammell of Texarkana,Texas, a granddaughter, Faith Elisabeth Trammell of Wake Village,Texas, a grandson Harold Justin Trammell of Texarkana,Texas, two daughters and sons in law, Tammy and Mark Burns of Texarkana,Texas and Marcy and Gary Klein of Texarkana,Texas.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 Sunday night at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Danny Wayman and Rev. Jimmy White officiating. Interment will follow in Chapelwood Cemetery.

Those wishing to memorialize Mr. Trammell may make donations to the Salvation Army Disaster Relief Fund.

Services are under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
