She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Woody Pelly, two sisters, Dr. Evelyn Moore King and Norma Moore Delgado.
Survivors include one brother, Ed Moore of Queen City, TX; nieces, Belinda Moore McFarlin of Oklahoma City, OK, Terry Moore Roberts of Texarkana, TX, Chris Moore Davis of Queen City, TX, Brenda Patman Johnson of Austin, TX and Cheryl Patman of Austin, TX.
Graveside service will be 10am Monday, December 28, 2020 at Hillcrest Memorial Park under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
Come and go viewing will be 1pm to 4pm Sunday, December 26, 2020 at the funeral home.
