James W. Walls

MSG James William Walls, 71, of Fouke, AR passed away April 4, 2016 in a local hospital. Mr. Walls was born June 21, 1944 in Texarkana, TX. He was a retired Master Sergeant of U. S. Army and served in the Vietnam war.

He was precede in death by his parents, Tommie Wall and Martha Walls Price; brother, Tommy Wayne Walls; and sisters, Mary Copland and Patricia Lewis.

Survivors include his wife, Nevada Walls; sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Shelia McGowan, Ricky and Martha McGowan, Dennis McGowan and Marty Walls; daughters and son-in-law, Deloris and Donald Fulgium and Donna Brandner; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Dorothy Maxwell, Robert Walls, Gary Walls and Billy Joe and Susan Walls; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Gerald Morrow; 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.

Service will be 11 a.m., Friday, April 8, 2016 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Rev. Josh Mudford officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the funeral home.
