The world has lost a loving Wife, Mother, Sister, and Friend. Alice Brannon grew up in Hooks Texas where she was your typical TomBoy. She loved to ride horses and Drive cars fast down gravel roads. She loved all animals, especially Dogs and Horses. She has experienced so much in life. She was a Machinist. She was a Ballroom Dancer, Ballroom Dance Instructor, and Dance Studio Owner for 14 years. Ballroom Dancing allowed her to travel to Spain, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and The Bahamas, Plus, many cities across this country. She was also an excellent Car Salesman in Palestine, Texarkana and New Boston Texas, which is how she met her husband, Tommy Brannon. She Loved her family more than anything, especially her kids and grandkids. She would give anything for her family. She was kind, loving, funny, not your typical grandmother, she was a firecracker. She will be terribly missed by so many.
Alice was predeceased by her Father Sidney Provence, Mother Helen Morgan, Stepfather Jack Morgan, Uncle Johnny Renfro, Aunt Vera Renfro, Uncle Bill Renfro, Sisters Glenda Parker, Linda Provence, and Son Kevin Congleton.
She was Survived by her Husband Tommy Brannon, Brothers KC and Roger Provence, Sister Joyce Stultz, Sons Richard Stafford and Wife Lydia, Keith Congleton and Wife Cindy, Cody Brannon and Wife Samantha, and Son Tyler Brannon. Grandchildren, Kirstin High, Austin and Hali Handorf, Jordan and Joshua Stafford, Elizabeth and Blake Congleton, Avah, Taten, Kylan, Jaxon, Liam, and Finn Brannon. Great Grandchildren Ruthie Jane and Eleanor Handorf, and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2pm Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Everett Baptist Church in Hooks, TX.
Burial will be in Everett Cemetery under the direction of East Funreal Home-Moores Lane.
Family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Friday, December 10, 2021 at the funeral home.
