Joanne Sullivan, 86, of Texarkana, AR passed away February 1, 2016 in a local nursing home. Ms. Sullivan was born January 2, 1930 in Texarkana, AR. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Texarkana, AR; U.O.A. Fayetteville, AR; and Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority and was Co-owner of Texarkana Iron and Metal.
Survivors include her cousin, Randee Rogers of Florida; special friends, Debbie Farrar of Fouke, AR and Steve Nix of Texarkana, AR; and many special friends.

Private burial will be at a later date under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
