Jodie Elton Trusty

He was born on August 26, 1950 in Texarkana, AR. Mr. Trusty was retired from Red River Army Depot and also a retired Vietnam veteran from the U.S. Army after 24 years of service.

He attended the Cross Roads Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife Christine Trusty of Linden, TX, two daughters, Belinda Trusty of Gladewater, TX and Donna Trusty of Dublin, TX; one son Clifton J. Trusty of Linden, TX; two brothers, Thomas Trusty of Irving, TX and Rodney Trusty of Direks, AR; one sister, Jane Brunson of OH; two grandchildren, Kyle and Raven Trusty. and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 10am Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at East Memorial Chapel-Downtown with Rev. Daniel McGuire officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Monday, May 23, 2016 at the funeral home.
